Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied. To reduce abuse of immediately accessible digital content, requests made after substantially completing the course or downloading the completion certificate may be denied where permitted by law.

Email support@dotauditacademy.com from the account email and include the purchase date. Never send full card details.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Financial institutions control when the credit appears. Refunded course access and associated completion credentials may be deactivated.

If access does not unlock after a successful charge, contact support before repurchasing. We will verify the Stripe transaction and restore access when appropriate.
