We process the name and email you provide, authentication and security records, course progress, certificate details, support messages, and limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service.

Stripe processes payment details. DOT Audit Academy receives transaction identifiers, status, amount, and limited customer information needed to provide access and support purchases; we do not store full card numbers.

We use information to authenticate accounts, fulfill purchases, save progress, issue certificates, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Account, purchase, progress, and certificate records are kept while needed to provide purchased access, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You may request access or deletion by emailing us; some transaction records may need to be retained.
