Support is different from ownership
An outside professional can help collect information, explain a workflow, or review a submission. The Company Official should still authenticate personally, review the action, and retain control of recovery methods.
- Document the Company Official’s employment or ownership relationship
- Use individual—not shared—Login.gov credentials
- Review authorized users quarterly
- Remove access promptly when roles change
